How to request to display a poster:
Please select “” on the registration page. It will then prompt you to upload your abstract.
Posters will be displayed in the Colvard Student Union Ballroom, where our meeting takes place.
If more than 65 posters are requested, we will honor poster participation on a first come first serve basis, determined by registration submission. On March 7th, we will confirm your poster session participation via email.
- DEPSCoR supports basic research.
- Ensure the content is appropriate for public distribution.
- Push pins will be provided, but if your poster requires special pins or fasteners, please bring those with you.
- All posters must be set up by participants prior to 8:15 am on March 20th, and removed by 3 pm.
